Being a bespoken specialist in family and commercial law, Me Marc Cheseaux benefits from a unique experience, unusual for a lawyer. A former Deputy General Prosecutor, Head of tax inspection and Deputy director of the Tax authority of Vaud , Head of criminal police of Lausanne and a Military judge, he is also a certified Business Officer. After twelve years of practice as a barrister he completed a Master in Tax Law at Geneva University (LL.M. Tax law) and a Certificate of Advanced Studies at Neuchâtel University (Cas FiscaPME), both designed for professionals in tax, finance and commercial law. A combination of these competencies both on the accusation and defence sides underpins his ability to analyse complex issues from different angles and build defence in the most complete and pragmatic way.

Svetlana Vladimirovna Cheseaux
Master in International Finance (Paris)
Originally from Kazakhstan, Svetlana Vladimirovna Cheseaux completed her education in France, first at the Sorbonne University and then at HEC Paris where she accomplished a Master's degree in international finance. She has also completed a program for executive development at IMD Lausanne.
She benefits from over 15 years of experience in asset and private wealth management with Suisse and international financial institutions. Her professional experience is marked by several international awards. She is a passionate enterprener and has founded several enterprises and investment funds. She is a director of one of those. At LITIS, Svetlana is running financial and administrative aspects thus allowing the lawyers to fully concentrate on client affaires. She is also a valuable expert in all affaires, which come up with complex financial and corporate issues.
