Rights of foreigners

The defence of client's interests will essentially relate to arrival and departure from Switzerland, residence and establishment in Switzerland and family regroupement in Switzerland. It will also relate to particular situations, such as measures of estrangement (deportation, extradition and ban on entry to Switzerland) or penal offences (illegal residence or gainful activity without authorisation in Switzerland).
